For more than 30 years , Hurricane’s Grill has been serving up our famous ribs, steaks, big flavours and even bigger hospitality.

From our Sydney restaurants to our international locations, we’ve built a strong reputation for great food, great service and a outstanding team culture.

We’re looking for experienced Front of House Supervisor s to join our team and help lead the next generation of Hurricane’s Grill staff.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:
Supporting & coordinating the FOH team during busy services
Helping team members deliver friendly and efficient guest service
Assisting with staff training and onboarding
Ensuring tables, service areas and FOH presentation are maintained to a high standard
Assisting with guest requests and feedback
Supporting the Restaurant Manager with day-to-day operations




Leading by example and jumping in wherever needed

What We’re Looking For:
2+ years' experience in restaurant supervision
A genuine passion for hospitality and people
Confident, friendly and positive personality
Strong communication and leadership skills
Good food and wine knowledge
Ability to stay calm and organised in a busy environment
Current RSA
Most importantly, we want someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in great service and brings positive energy to the team.

This is a full time role with a rotating roster across weekdays, evenings and weekends, including public holidays as required.
