Newcastle Anglican is seeking a seasoned Safety & Wellbeing qualified to join the People & Culture team in a part time permanent capacity. You will partner with leaders to manage health, safety & wellbeing risks, develop programmes, and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.

This role focuses on psychosocial health, governance, and a mature safety culture, with opportunities to influence strategic safety initiatives and workforce wellbeing.
