Groundswell Engineers in Newcastle is seeking an experienced Civil Draftsperson to join our employee-owned consultancy. You will prepare civil drawings across earthworks, drainage, roads and utilities, turning design intent into explicit, accurate documentation from concept through to construction.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years' drafting experience and a Diploma or Certificate in CAD Drafting, with solid CAD software skills and a cooperative, solutions‑driven mindset.
