Complete Electrical CQ is seeking experienced Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Mechanics to join their team in Rockhampton. Four days on, three off. Every week. If five days suits you better, that's fine too — your call.

No travel. No camps, no DIDO, no two-hour drive home in the dark. You work across Rockhampton, Gracemere, Yeppoon and Emu Park, and you're home every night.

This is a full time position, equipped with a work vehicle and the chance to enjoy a outstanding work-life balance!

The Job
Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment
Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with relevant standards and regulations
Provide exceptional customer service and liaise with clients to understand their needs
Maintain detailed records of all work undertaken

What we need from you
Formal qualifications in Air Conditioning / Refrigeration or equivalent experience
Demonstrated experience in installing, servicing,



and repairing a variety of HVAC systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to run your own jobs and bring the apprentices along
Someone the customers are glad to have in their home

What we offer
$45–$55 per hour
Fully equipped work vehicle with fuel card
Four days on, three off, or five if you prefer
