About you

You will bring:
Leadership experience and a hands-on approach to civil construction work.
Robust planning and organisational skills to coordinate crews and deliver outcomes.
Experience operating a range of civil plant and equipment.
Excellent communication skills and a focus on customer service.
A genuine commitment to workplace safety.
The ability to confidently use technology and maintain accurate records.
