About the Role
As a Strategy & Acquisition Analyst, you willbe responsible forresearching the Australian propertymarket,identifyingpotentialinvestmentopportunitiesandsupporting the acquisition processfrominitialassessmentthrough to contract preparation.
This position involves analysing market trends, identifying acquisition opportunities, and supporting the development of strategic plans that align with our organisational goals.
The successful candidate will contribute to enhancing our competitive edge in the property sector, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
Responsibilities:
Research and analyse the Australian property markettoidentifyinvestmentopportunities,trendsandpotential risks.
Identifyand assess properties that align with clientinvestmentobjectivesandrequirements.
Analyse property and market data to support investment and acquisition decisions.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
Engage with prospective investors to understand theirgoals,preferencesandinvestment requirements.
Present suitable property opportunities and provide clear, data-driven market insights.
Monitor propertystock,availabilityandmarket movements.
Build andmaintainstrong relationships withlandowners,buildersandother industry stakeholders.
Prepare and manage Reservation Forms,



Expressions of Interest (EOIs) and other pre-contract documentation.
Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
Coordinate the acquisition processfrominitialopportunitythrough to contract preparation.
Support the negotiation process for acquisitions, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
Maintainaccuraterecordsand ensure documentation is completed efficiently and accurately.
Work towards and consistently achieve agreed KPIs and sales targets.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is analytical,commerciallymindedandconfident working with people.
Ideally you will have:
Experience in property, real estate, property investment, acquisitions, sales, businessdevelopment,financeora related field
Minimum of 2 years' experience in strategy, acquisitions, or a related analytical role
A strong interest in the Australian property market
Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills
Confidence engaging with clients and industry stakeholders
Strong negotiation and commercial skills
Excellent attention to detail
The ability to interpret market dataandidentifyopportunities
A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet KPIs and targets
The ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
