Sundale is seeking a Residential Services Manager to lead the Palmwoods Care Centre, a 71-room home with a dedicated 14-bed Memory Support Unit, within the Palmwoods Garden Village community.
You will oversee daily operations, care quality, culture and performance, reporting to the Operations Manager and supported by an in office Clinical Manager.
The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, with scope to drive operational excellence, deliver resident-centred care and lead a multidisciplinary team in
