This organisation delivers high-quality, industry-relevant training programs that prepare electricians for real-world technical roles across multiple specialist disciplines.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment to students undertaking specialist electrical qualifications.
You will play a key role in supporting learners through both theoretical and practical components of their training journey.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering innovative learning and assessment materials provided by the organisation
Supporting students throughout their learning journey to build knowledge, confidence, and employability
Delivering practical, hands-on training sessions that simulate real workplace environments
Marking online coursework and supporting students in course completion
Preparing and setting up training materials for courses delivered in unattended facilities




Maintaining training resources and ensuring readiness for delivery
Courses Delivered
Weekly training is delivered across specialist technical areas, including:
Hazardous Areas (EEHA)
High Voltage Switching and Systems
Instrumentation (Certificate III IC and Certificate IV Instrumentation)
Solar and Battery Systems
QTP and QBP licensing preparation
Refrigeration and related electrical disciplines
About You
You are an experienced trainer or industry professional with strong technical expertise and a passion for developing others.
You are confident delivering both theoretical and practical training and can engage learners across varying experience levels.
You will ideally have:
Relevant trade or technical qualifications in electrical or energy disciplines
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE***** or equivalent) - preferred not essential
Strong industry experience in one or more of the listed technical areas
Excellent communication and mentoring skills
Ability to work independently and manage training delivery outcomes
