They are seeking a hands-onSenior Property Manager/Team Leaderto manage a tidy portfolio, support the Property Management team and help drive continued growth.

The Position:
Manage a residential portfolio from end to end
Guide, mentor and support the Property Management team
Assist with escalations, workflows and team performance
Oversee maintenance, inspections, arrears and renewals
Build strong owner, tenant and contractor relationships
Work closely with internal development, construction and operations teams
Maintain high service and portfolio standards
Requirements:
Solid residential Property Management experience
Previous leadership or mentoring experience
Current QLD Certificate of Registration
Current Australian driver's licence
Confident communicator and problem-solver
Organised, professional and solutions-focused
