Clubhouse Bistro has a dynamic culinary team operating multiple kitchens, with a strong commitment to quality and creativity. Clubhouse Bistro serves over 3000 guests per week in our flagship venue, providing a vibrant dining experience in a high-volume environment. We are dedicated to fostering a team-oriented atmosphere where chefs can expand their skills and knowledge.
Key responsibilities
Maintain quality control of meals being produced
Be polite and courteous while interacting with our service provider
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene and assisting with audit requirements
Mentor and train apprentice chefs to enhance their skills and knowledge
Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, maintaining composure under pressure
Be highly organised and manage their own workflow within their kitchen section
Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of qualified chefs
Learn various cooking techniques and kitchen operations
Contribute to menu development and special events
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills
About you
Culinary qualifications and a passion for cooking
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere
A genuine interest in pursuing a culinary career
Basic cooking knowledge or experience is preferred but not required
Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
Strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork
