QUAL - Townsville Ci is seeking an experienced Asphalt Plant Operator to join our Bohle plant. You will manage protected production, allocation and dispatch of asphalt products while meeting production and quality standards.

The role requires operating mobile plant such as front end loaders, Bobcats and forklifts, with relevant RII tickets, and willingness to work across rotating day and night shifts, including weekends as project needs.
