As they continue to grow, they are seeking an experiencedAPHRA-registered Nurseto join their leadership team in a Brisbane-based, office-located role.
About the Role
This is a pivotal role which isoffice based, combining clinical oversight, people leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
You will be responsible for coordinating care, monitoring service delivery, training frontline support staff, and acting as a key point of contact across internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate participant care plans and oversee day-to-day care delivery
Monitor and evaluate care delivery standards, identifying areas for improvement
Deliver training and clinical guidance to disability support workers and other nursing staff




Manage relationships with internal teams, families, allied health professionals, and external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with relevant clinical, regulatory, and NDIS standards
About You
CurrentAPHRA registrationas a Registered Nurse
Demonstratedmanagerial or supervisory experience, ideally within disability, aged care, or community health
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong stakeholder management capability
A proactive, hands-on leadership style with a genuine passion for improving care outcomes
Experience in the disability sector highly regarded
