Job Description
Organika in Noosa Shire, Queensland, is seeking a 2IC to own Front of House and the cafe, working with the Store Manager to run the store.
When the Store Manager isn't on the floor, you are the floor, with authority to make calls and keep service smooth.
You will train and coach FOH and cafe teams, manage rostering, cash handling and daily floor rhythm, support menu execution with the culinary team, and ensure food safety and compliant operations.
