Unitech Solutions seeks a dynamic I.T. Service Desk Level 1 & 2 professional to join our growing support team in the Wollongong region.
You will provide direct client support and assist with cloud services and in office troubleshooting.
Reporting to the Service Manager, the role requires excellent communication and a current Australian driver's license, with at least 2 years in ICT.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and MSP-style environments is preferred.
