Yates AU Home and Gardens is seeking a senior product development lead to drive new product development from concept through launch for the AU portfolio.
You will manage the NPD portfolio, timelines, priorities, risks and dependencies, and coordinate cross-functional teams across Marketing, R&D;, Supply, Regulatory and Commercial.
You'll strengthen stage-gate governance, provide senior leaders with explicit updates and recommendations, and embed sustainability into initiatives.
