The role drives risk management, policy development, and customer engagement to support sustainable growth.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll optimise collections, manage policy compliance, and coach a high-performing team while collaborating with sales and operations.
Up to AU$120k plus super, temporary to permanent.
