Strong on construction tenders and know how to get the best out of the contractor market?
I'm looking for a Procurement Analyst to support a national construction portfolio, working closely with project managers to bring the right contractors on board and keep projects moving.
You'll take ownership of sourcing and tender processes, support commercial negotiations and use your market knowledge to help teams make informed decisions on pricing, risk and supplier selection.
We're keen to hear from people with:
Construction procurement or project delivery experience with a strong tendering background
Knowledge of fit-out, industrial, logistics or similar contractor markets
Commercial nous and confidence working with contractors and project teams
The ability to manage multiple tenders and competing deadlines
A outstanding opportunity to get close to project delivery and have a direct influence on commercial outcomes across a national account.
