Caseloads may include acute/ subacute care, rehabilitation, aged care, mental health, and community services.

Key Details
Locations: Multiple regional hospitals (details provided upon application)
Contract Length: Typically 8-13 weeks, with potential for extension
Start Dates: Flexible, with rolling starts available
Employment Type: Locum contract via agency
Rates: Competitive hourly rates with travel and accommodation support
Typical Duties
Functional assessments and goal-oriented care planning
ADL retraining, equipment prescription,



and home modifications
Cognitive and psychosocial interventions
Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Clinical documentation and contribution to service improvement

About You
Degree-qualified Occupational Therapist
Current AHPRA registration
Minimum one year of clinical experience (role-dependent)
You do not need to be a perfect clinician - many clients are happy to hire people with clinical gaps and train them, even as a locum
Strong communication and time management skills
Full working rights in Australia (Working Holiday Visas welcome)
