Wilmar BioEthanol is looking for aPump Attendantto join our team atYarraville, Melbourne.
This is a permanent opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands‐on operational role and can confidently work around plant, equipment, products and loading operations.
As a Pump Attendant, you'll play an important role in thesafe handling, movement, storage and dispatch of product, while supporting the day‐to‐day operation of the site.
What you'll do
You'll be responsible for a broad range of operational activities, including:
Operating and monitoring equipment associated withproduct transfer, storage and loading operations
Preparing and filling customer and company‐ownedIBCs, drums and pails
Operating forklifts and safely moving materials and product around the site
Loading road tankers in accordance with instructions and established procedures
Receiving product from road tankers into storage and carrying out product methylation activities as required
Conductingtank and product checksprior to tanker loading
Taking samples and performing requiredquality control checks
Assisting with filling meter calibrations and ensuring equipment is operating correctly
Following operating procedures, work instructions and safety requirements
Identifying and reporting operational issues, hazards, equipment faults and quality concerns
Maintaining high standards ofhousekeeping and site cleanliness
Supporting Safety Health and Environment (SHE)



initiatives and continuous improvement activities
Completing daily operational and administrative requirements
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone with strong practical operating skills who can work safely and methodically in a process or industrial environment.
You'll bring:
Experience inplant operation, production, manufacturing, processing, chemical handling, logistics or a similar industrial environment
The ability to operate equipment safely and follow established operating procedures
A strong understanding ofworkplace health, safety and environmental requirements
Good attention to detail when handling products, completing checks and recording information
The ability to identify abnormal operating conditions and elevate issues appropriately
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
A self‐motivated approach with good organisation and time management skills
AHigh Risk Work Licence – LF Forklift
A commitment to continuous improvement and maintaining high operational standards
Experience working aroundtanks, pumps, pipelines, loading systems, process equipment or bulk liquid productswill be highly regarded.
