Job Description
The State Government of Victoria, Australia invites applications for an Advanced Case Manager within the Refugee Minor Program (RMP).
You will lead case management across statewide services in Melbourne and regional Victoria, building pathways to independence for young people from refugee backgrounds.
You will establish referral partnerships, support youth development through the Stronger Futures for Refugee Youth (SFRY) program, and work across Dandenong and Sunshine offices with sensitivity to
