Uniting AgeWell is seeking a Physiotherapist to deliver centre-based and home-based services for clients aged 65+ across Waurn Ponds and surrounding regions.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team to support independence, using evidence-based practices and goal-directed interventions.
You will have AHPRA registration, a recognised physiotherapy qualification, and capacity to manage an individual caseload while complying with safety and NDIS/SAH requirements.
