We're Snowy River Bundaberg, our dealership just opened up 10 months ago and we're part of the same group that has 7 other dealerships going all the way down to Newcastle, NSW.
From this dealership in Kensington, we sell new Snowy River's and a variety of used stock as it becomes available.
In the Snowy River range, there's options for luxury vans, pop-tops, hybrids, cruisers, off-road, motorhomes, minis, and campervans.
Our dealership has a great team with great leadership, we aren't a slow, sleepy yard.
We're fast, we're growing, and we're serious about being the best in Queensland at what we do.
Why we're hiring
Our stock moves and our customer base keeps growing, so we need another solid salesperson on the floor.
But we're picky.
We'd rather run lean with a few exceptional salespeople than fill the yard with order-takers.
If you treat selling as a craft, where reading people, asking intelligent questions, and guiding a decision is something you'll enjoy then you'll do very well here.
What you'll be doing
Owning the sale end-to-end, from the first hello to handing over the keys
Genuinely understand the needs of the business, the customer, and the manufacturer and use that in the sale process
Know our product and stock like the back of your hand.
Whatever's in the yard, what's coming, and what's yet to come, these are all opportunities to be used to your advantage
Following up and managing customer relationships.
It's important to manage opportunities in the sales pipeline and nurture the process to get the deal across the line
Hit your individual numbers and targets to contribute to the yard's overall targets




What to expect
This is a full-time role, and Saturdays are part of the standard week for sales positions.
That's when caravan buyers' shop, so that's when we're on.
This is a target-driven role, and the pay reflects that: there's a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, with on-target earnings of $80,000 - $120,000 per year with super added on top.
If big weekends with big numbers energise you, this is your kind of floor.
What we're looking for
You don't need to have caravan industry experience, but what we are looking for from you is:
Experience and track records that can translate into you hitting targets.
We care about how you do things just as much as what you do.
The ability to build rapport fast
Real communication skills
Self-motivation
A current driver's license
