Job Description
Eloma Care in Acacia Ridge, QLD is seeking energetic support workers to join our day program.
You will help participants with daily living tasks, encourage independence, and participate in community activities and outings with the group.
You will collaborate with participants, their families, and key supports to understand goals, maintain accurate records, and follow best-practice guidelines while prioritising safety, rights, and person-centred care.
