Job Description
We're looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team and help lead the day-to-day operations across Sola Restaurant & Bar and our conference and events spaces.
This is a hands-on role for a confident hospitality professional who enjoys leading a team, connecting with guests and keeping things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
Working closely with the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you'll play an important role in supporting your team,



maintaining high service standards and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
What you'll be doing
Supervise daily operations across Sola Restaurant & Bar and conference spaces
Lead, coach and motivate the F&B; team to deliver exceptional service
Coordinate effectively between kitchen and front-of-house teams
Maintain high standards of service, presentation, hygiene and guest experience
Assist with rostering, labour management and team performance
Engage with guests, respond to feedback and resolve issues professionally
Support new initiatives, promotions and events across the resort
Help drive a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture
Qualifications
Previous supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality or food & beverage
Strong knowledge of F&B; service standards and procedures
Excellent communication and people leadership skills
A hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Confident guest engagement and problem-solving skills
Commercial awareness, including labour and cost control
A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
