Job Description
The Responsive Maintenance Officer works as part of CHL's operational team to deliver high quality service and ensure properties are maintained to a protected, functional and welcoming standard for customers.
Working closely with the Responsive Maintenance Coordinator, you will help oversee responsive and vacated maintenance activities, liaise with contractors and internal stakeholders, and support the consistent application of CHL's asset policies, procedures and standards.
