We are seeking a skilledSenior ServiceNow Developerto play a key role in the development, enhancement, and ongoing support of a complex ServiceNow setting.
This is an opportunity to lead technical initiatives, drive platform innovation, and deliver impactful solutions that improve business processes and user experience.
Responsibilities
Provide development, administration, support, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring platform stability, performance, compliance, and effective incident and request management.
Manage platform upgrades, releases, patches, and enhancements across multiple environments, following established SDLC and change management processes.
Design, configure, test, and support ServiceNow solutions, integrations, and automation capabilities to meet business and operational requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, develop technical solutions,



and deliver projects and enhancements successfully.
Provide technical leadership, user support, and mentoring to development resources, ensuring effective resource allocation, governance, and delivery of platform initiatives.
Required Skills
5-10 Years' experience as ServiceNow Developer
ServiceNow Administration Background
ServiceNow Certifications is preferred
Federal, Government or Health/Insurance related industry experience is a plus
Baseline Security Clearance or higher is a plus
