Job Description
Mai-Wel is seeking an enthusiastic Employment Coach to join our Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) team in Edgeworth.
This part time, three days per week role focuses on personalised, strengths-based support to help participants identify goals and secure meaningful employment.
You will work closely with participants, employers and training providers, delivering job development, readiness, and placement activities while maintaining accurate records and KPIs.
