Order & Shipping Administrator~ late Sept/ early Oct start!

They are seeking a self-starter for a DIVERSE role to provide administration support in the international business unit. Reporting to the Dept Manager, you will be focussed on administration, ensuring effective outcomes for processes and orders – from start to finish!

This position involves entering project orders, monitoring delivery and invoicing upon competition, with day to day responsibilities including;
Responding to customer requests regarding stock availability, delivery times (mainly via email)
Responding to purchasing, parts & order enquiries (liaising with local and international customers, and suppliers)
Processing project & sales orders, shipping documents and invoices




Compiling costings and quotations
Coordinating dispatches from suppliers & the warehouse
Preparing export documentation for stock shipped internationally
Monitoring and expediting deliveries
Liaising with business units including sales, service, warehouse & accounts
Internal reporting including delivery schedules & sales forecasts

What you will need;
Availability to commence late September/ early Oct 2026
Proactive approach and excellent attention to detail
Manufacturing, freight or similar industry experience is desirable
Robust Word, Excel and data entry skills

You will enjoy working with a supportive team as well as he variety and autonomy this position brings! You can choose your preferred full time hours for this temporary position, with options from 7:00 am start to a later 8:30 am start, all covering an 7.6 hour day, Monday to Friday.
