Oceanfront Hotel on Cairns Esplanade is seeking an experienced Live-In office Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and lead front office and guest services with a hands-on approach. Accommodation is included as part of the package.

The role requires solid leadership, excellent guest service mindset, and flexibility to respond after hours. RMS experience is valued and full working rights in Australia are required.
