Next Green Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support executives, leaders and employees across the Group in Australia. This permanent part time role is 0.6 FTE, approximately three days per week, with working arrangements negotiable.
You will provide practical HR leadership across the employment lifecycle, employee relations, performance management, remuneration, payroll governance, and HR policies, systems and records.
