Key responsibilities
Coordinate reception staffing, rosters, appointment workflows and daily priorities
Welcome patients and assist with bookings, enquiries and reception duties
Train, support and supervise reception and administration colleagues
Oversee billing accuracy, payments, reconciliations and administrative follow-up
Work with practice leadership and clinicians to resolve issues and improve daily operations

About you
Solid medical reception or administration experience
Confident communication skills and a calm, practical approach to leading a team
Radiology experience highly regarded




Knowledge of Medicare and private billing, imaging bookings and medical practice software
Established office or reception manager experience, or experienced senior radiology receptionist ready to take on broader leadership responsibilities
Dedicated office time alongside reception and supervision duties
