Sureway Employment and Training's National Contact Centre is seeking a Contact Centre Consultant in Wagga Wagga. The role involves handling inbound calls, booking appointments, and performing routine admin tasks while supporting frontline teams.

Training will be provided, and no industry experience is required beyond a positive attitude and a desire to help people. Hours are Monday to Friday, with a mix of shifts within an 8am–7pm window and part time options for the right candidate.
