As a Customer Service Representative, you will support the centralised Customer Service team based in Head Office in Tomago. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining customer service reports and day to day communications with customers to support key business areas across mining, utilities, and heavy industries.

As a key member of our positive, successful team your day will be varied and challenging. This role will require you to demonstrate your commitment to quality customer service, sound interpersonal and communication skills while taking charge to consult and influence based on your interactions with our customers and data analysis.

What are we looking for from you?
Qualifications in Business Administration and/or equivalent qualifications
Experience with ERP systems and/or order management systems
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a sales / customer service setting




Ability to understand customer order related issues, proactively follow-up to ensure resolution and satisfaction
Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage priorities of ongoing workload
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office applications
