Key Responsibilities
Lead, support and motivate the front-of-house team.
Coordinate daily service and allocate staff responsibilities.
Train and onboard new team members.
Maintain high standards of customer service, presentation, hygiene and safety.
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Complete cash reconciliation and report any discrepancies.
Monitor stock levels, check deliveries and assist with stocktakes.
Support sales targets through team coaching and upselling.
Assist with rostering, labour management and restaurant operations.




Lead the venue effectively when senior management is unavailable.

About You
Previous experience as a restaurant supervisor or in a similar hospitality leadership role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
A positive, skilled and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to remain organised and calm during busy service periods.
Reliable, proactive and confident when solving problems.
Understanding of food safety, workplace safety and hospitality service standards.
Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
A current RSA certificate.
