Moco Food Services is seeking a Meat Quality Control Officer for the afternoon shift at our Wacol facility. You will ensure meat products meet internal specifications, regulatory requirements and customer expectations, working hands-on on the production floor to inspect primal cuts, portions and packaging.
You will collaborate with operations, production and procurement to drive improvements, minimise waste and enhance food safety practices in a state-of-the-art setting.
