What you'll do
Act as a technical specialist for infrastructure services and new solutions.
Maintain and improve Azure and on-premises infrastructure.
Provide Level 3 support for infrastructure and application platforms.
Investigate complex issues, manage requests and recommend practical improvements.
Document technical solutions and support change management.
What you'll bring
Solid experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Windows Server and desktop environments.
Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, including Hyper‑V and Nutanix.
Scripting skills in PowerShell or Shell.
Transparent communication and a methodical approach to solving problems.
Valuable understanding of on‑premises networking, firewall solutions and backup technologies
Awareness of ASD's Essential Eight security controls and DISP certification
Linux/ RHEL and Ubuntu Operating System installation and administration is highly desirable
