Secure Places is seeking a full time Therapeutic Practice Coordinator to support the Logan region, primarily in Beenleigh. You will guide care teams to deliver trauma-informed, therapeutic care for young people in out-of-home care, influenced by the Secure Places Integrated Practice Framework.
You will work with leadership and frontline staff to ensure best interests of the young person drive case planning and care decisions, while delivering TCI training and ensuring high-quality documentation.
