Ashdown People is seeking a Client Onboarding & Account Manager to oversee the end-to-end onboarding, implementation and ongoing service delivery for freight customers.
This role acts as the key operational contact between customers, carrier partners, Sales and internal teams, ensuring smooth implementations, successful go-lives and high levels of customer satisfaction.
