Key responsibilities
Represent the Speediance brand as the first point of contact for customers in-store
Provide expert advice on Speediance's latest home fitness products
Deliver a high-quality, personalised shopping experience tailored to each customer's needs
Effectively answer any customer queries and inquiries
Present the store to the highest standard through effective merchandising, creating a clean, welcoming, and visually appealing environment that enhances the customer experience
Use your confidence and passion for customer service to meet and exceed sales goals as a Speediance FitTech Specialist
About you
A proven track record of selling directly to customers
Confident and ambitious to drive sales within the store
Passion for retail and delivering the highest standard of customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
Previous retail experience in retail or a similar customer facing role, preferably in fitness / technology
Basic understanding of fitness terminology; Personal fitness trainer, gym instructor experience would be preferred
Direct sales: 1-3 years (required)
