HR Partners is seeking a Valuation & Acquisitions Advisor to manage property valuations and negotiations to support the acquisition of property required for Transport projects and programs.
You will conduct valuations, prepare submissions, liaise with surveyors and property staff, and provide practical advice to ensure plans reflect purchase conditions and any associated works.
This role requires adherence to policy and probity throughout the process.
