Job Description
Westmead Hospital, part of NSW Health, is seeking a Telecommunication & Information Officer to join the 24/7 switchboard team.
You'll be the first contact for patients, visitors and staff, delivering professional customer service while coordinating paging and information desk duties.
In a rapid-paced hospital setting, you'll maintain rosters, telecom databases and ensure reliable service, with opportunities for after-hours duties and ongoing quality improvement.
