The Opportunity
A newly created role to support our continued growth, an opportunity is now available for a Bids & Contracts Specialist to join our team in Sydney.
Working closely with the Bids & Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of tender submissions and contract management activities across Australia & New Zealand.
Responsibilities
Supporting the preparation, coordination and submission of high-quality, compliant tender responses for public and private healthcare customers across Australia & New Zealand
Assisting in the management of public contract lifecycles, including contract awards, extensions, variations, pricing queries and contract governance activities
Contributing to pre-tender planning by gathering market intelligence, supporting prospect assessments and coordinating stakeholders to position the business for success
Building strong relationships with internal teams and external healthcare procurement stakeholders to ensure effective communication,



collaboration and customer service
Maintaining accurate tender and contract documentation, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
About You
Degree qualified with minimum 3 years' experience in a tendering and contracts management role, experience within a large complex organisation within medical devices is highly regarded
Strong organisation, project management and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail
Proactive with a consultative approach, and the capacity to engage and work with cross functional teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders across all levels
Ability to multi-task, manage complexities and work well under pressure
