South Gippsland Hospital in Victoria is seeking a casual District Nurse, Level 1 to deliver comprehensive, secure and effective client nursing care within the South Gippsland Community.
The role supports health, wellbeing and independence for local clients.
Applicants should have clinical experience in acute, chronic disease and/or palliative care nursing, plus knowledge of person-centred and goal-directed care planning, with the ability to work autonomously or collaboratively.
