Cater Care is looking for an accomplishedFront of House Managerto lead the guest experience atShore School in North Sydney.
This is an opportunity for a hospitality professional who understands that exceptional service is about more than simply getting the job done.

With a strong focus on functions, events and premium hospitality, this role will suit someone who genuinely enjoys being at the centre of a busy operation and takes pride in delivering service at the highest level.
The Opportunity
As Front of House Manager, you'll take ownership of the front-of-house experience across daily service, school functions and special events.
You'll be responsible for:
Leading the front-of-house operation and ensuring consistently high service standards.
Planning and coordinating functions, events and special occasions.
Creating polished, professional experiences for students, staff, families, visitors and VIP guests.
Working closely with the culinary and catering teams to deliver seamless events.
Coordinating event setup, service and close-down.
Building strong relationships with school stakeholders and the wider Cater Care team.
Identifying opportunities to continually improve the guest experience.
Taking ownership, solving problems and making decisions confidently on the floor.
About You
You are a natural hospitality leader who enjoys making things happen and you'll
Proven experience in hospitality, functions, events or front-of-house leadership.




Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Confidence managing functions and busy service periods.
Strong attention to detail and presentation.
The ability to work independently and take ownership.
A calm, professional approach when things get busy.
Genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and creating outstanding experiences.
You're the person who notices the small details, knows what needs to happen next and isn't afraid to step in and make it happen.
What You Need
Current Working With Children Check.
RSA.
Current Driver Licence.
