Job Description
Carrington Care in Current South Wales is seeking an experienced Rostering Coordinator to efficiently allocate around 450 staff across four onsite residential aged care facilities operating 24/7.
You will develop and manage rosters, ensure adequate coverage for resident care, and be the first contact for roster and attendance issues.
This full-time role offers standard hours Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, with base salary, leave loading, superannuation and not-for-profit salary packaging.
