The Institute for Urban Indigenous Health Ltd (IUIH) is seeking a dedicated Home Care Support Worker to provide direct in-home care to eligible aged clients.
You will assist with personal care, meals, domestic tasks, and mobility, following care plans and policies to support independence in clients' own homes.
The role emphasises culturally protected practice within a community-controlled health service and offers opportunities for training and involvement in community events.
