Job Description
Waterco & Davey Water is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Rydalmere head office.
You will be the main contact for customers, handle inquiries, process orders and work with Sales, Warehouse and other teams to ensure excellent service.
Ideal candidates are customer-focused, well-organised and comfortable communicating with people.
Experience in customer service and ERP systems is preferred; Epicor experience is highly regarded.
