We are looking for a passionateTeam Leaderto lead and mentor our front kiosk team and to take the lead in fueling our diverse community with fresh, nutritious food, high-quality coffee, and top-tier service.
About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and experiencedTeam Leaderto run daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
You will maintain exceptional standards during peak rushes and help shape our fresh food offerings as our facility grows.
Key Responsibilities
Train, mentor and lead our front of house kiosk/customer service staff.




Maintain high food quality standards and assist with healthy menu updates.
Oversee opening/closing procedures, food prep and stock control.
Maintain strict food safety protocols and hygiene standards.
Drive fast, friendly service for everyday patrons and high-performance athletes alike.
What We Are Looking For
1-2+ years of supervisory experience in a busy cafe or hospitality venue.
Passion for fresh, healthy food and high-volume espresso execution.
CurrentFood Safety Supervisor Certificate(or willingness to obtain).
Strong communication skills and an energetic, community-minded attitude.
Availability for a flexible roster, including early mornings and weekends.
