The Opportunity
We are looking for the right people to join our production team in Myrtleford.

You will be provided with training to safely carry out all activities associated with efficient and productive operation of the designated work area.
You'll be working in a hands‐on manufacturing environment, operating equipment, supporting production, and contributing to a team focused on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Be Doing
Operate machinery and support production processes
Collaborate with your team to meet daily production targets




Monitor quality and take pride in getting things right the first time
Identify issues and speak up to improve how things are done
Work across different areas of production as needed
Perform basic equipment checks and maintenance
Keep your work area safe, clean, and organised
