Project Manager / Scrum Master - Utilities
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to support the delivery of a major utilities technology program.
This is a hands-on hybrid role combining project management, governance and stakeholder coordination with day-to-day Agile delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project delivery across scope, schedule, risks, issues and dependencies
Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and other Agile ceremonies
Coordinate and drive fortnightly release cycles
Maintain project plans, RAID registers, governance and delivery reporting
Work closely with the Technical Lead and GIS SMEs to manage priorities and outcomes
Identify and remove blockers impacting project delivery
Coordinate stakeholders across business, technology and vendor teams
Provide clear progress and status reporting to senior stakeholders
Support delivery and configuration of a major GIS platform
Key Requirements
Solid experience in a Project Manager / Scrum Master or similar hybrid delivery role
Utilities or electricity industry experience is highly regarded
Demonstrated experience delivering complex technology projects
Strong hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and regular release cycles
Strong project planning, RAID, governance and reporting capability
Experience working alongside technical teams and specialist SMEs
Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
GIS or spatial technology experience highly regarded
Initial 6-month contract with strong extension potential
